a "headline" figure of £350 to £550
plus vat and expenses(known as disbursements)and which relate
to out of pockets for local searches, land registry fees etc.We
prefer to quote individually because there are so many variables
on each propoerty.
2. Re-mortgages are £325 plus vat etc.
